Should I leave it as it is, or try and fix it ?. She's a nice IO, I cut, high wood, that I found, but has a few dents. IO and bomb on underside of two rivet handguard. No metal in it. Slingwell has dents in it too, can see IO clearly but can't tell what else may have been there. Wouldn't want to damage the Cartouche while trying to make it look better. A major worry !. I think some G.I may have zapped a few Japs around the head with this stock. Cheers, Mike.

You might be able to bring them out some. But I don't think you can get rid of them completely without some sanding.

My opinion is they give it some character.

What does rest of the stock look like?
