SKS Sniper from China............

Just wondering if anyone has seen on of these? I know it is not Russian, but I thought it was interesting. I was told it was imported around 1990 and called the "Cowboy's Companion". Anyone know anything about them? It has a milled reciever and the numbers all match. It is unfired and in very good condition. Thanks for looking. Rog

Never seen anything like it myself, but it sounds to me like it's one of the many variants that Norinco was coming up with for the US market until Clinton banned Chinese rifle imports.
