I am not sure how that would work with the rimmed .303 cartridge. Are you sure that you have a 1917 Enfield, and not a P14? Most unusual to have a rimless action fitted up w/rimmed cartridge. BTW, the 25/303 is a really nice cartridge. If the bbl is good, try shooting it first before rebarrelling.
