Anyone have a "smith that can do a repro sniper the right way?

Before the snarls of anger start flying, i'll head it off. I will only drill a peened, russian capture, totally mismatch rifle. With that being said, i will NEVER be able or willing to fork out the $$ for a real K98 sniper. I have a donor rifle as described above, but lacking any gunsmiths in my area. Anyone have a good smith that can drill and mount a reproduction scope setup for me the correct way? I've still not decided if I want the LSR or turret mounts, but its gonna happen if I can find a willing gunsmith to do it. Thanks, oh and pictures of your sniper repro's are much appreciated!
