It will be very interesting for all of us if everyone will show off the one gun from their collection that's their very favorite of all.
(Narrow it down to two weapons if you just can't decide on one!) ;)
It can be any type of weapon - A pistol, rifle, shotgun, flare-gun, bazooka, etc -
A pristine 'collector' or your favorite 'shooter'.
I understand this can be like choosing your favorite child, but we all have 'that one gun' we pride the most - (Even if we'd never tell our other guns about it!)
It's the gun that gives us goose bumps every time we carefully take it out and lovingly wipe it down.
Photos will definitely be a plus!
If you've never posted a photo here before, this would be a great time to learn.
Below are a few links with instructions for posting photos. Badger (Doug) made it possible to ad photos to a post by different methods. Pick one that seems the easiest.
(Remember that if you use the 'Go Advanced' button under the text area, the next screen has a 'Preview Post' button under the text area so you can easily see what your post will look like before you click on the 'Submit Reply' button that's located the the left side of the 'Preview Post' button. You can practice as many times as you need to before 'posting'.

I'll start -
The favorite of my collection is a Remington 1903A3 that my wife bought for me as a birthday gift. She located it by herself at a gun show we attended, and it turned out to be completely correct and barely ever used.

OK, I couldn't choose 'just one' -
One of my other favorites is a Remington Rand 1911A1.
(I'm not a 1911 collector because they're way out of my price range!)
WWII Remington Rand 1911's are the most common 1911 type and I bought this one at a time when I could afford the asking price.
I just think they're a beautiful and classic pistol.

my favorite and most time consuming gun
The only one in the world. My Persian Mauser in .22 I have researched this gun for decades. No results. Never saw or heard of another. I believe made by FN. They have no record. All information on the gun is Farsi The s/n is 105 in Farsi. There are Belgian proofs. Gun was used very little. Original sling and of course no import marks. I took pictures this morning Any info appreciated. Gary Moore "inhabitant of the Fen". A hardy and dangerous breed.
