All,
I was at a gun show recently and saw a Kollmorgen scope for sale. It was in good condition, 4x Bearcub fine cross hair. Was this the scope used on some M1C's? If so would $200.00 be a fair price. TIA.

No, its not the same at all.
Dog, It is the commercial version of the Stilth-Kollmorgen Scope that was used on the MC-1's (the 1952 USMC version of the M-1C's...). I see them commonly for $50-$100 at Gunshows in the South... hth
The Marines specified audible click knobs on their version of the Stith-Kollmorgen scope (bottom scope). In a pinch the commercial version will fit into the mount still (if you happen to have one of these ... (grin)). They are tough to find but do come around from time to time - look for the special knobs which are larger and have two little screws in the centers. I have heard anywhere from 400 to 2500 for a good USMC S-K scope, and the same for the mount which means a full set as pictured could run you anywhere from 800 bucks (if your stars are smiling upon you) to 5 grand (if you really, really, really need it now ...).

These USMC S-K scopes also have their own serial number code on them - Dave McClain has been tracking that data for some time and can help if you decide to venture further into this arena.
The top scope actually is another scope that is rumored to have been used by the odd, wayward Marine sniper - it is a Unertl Hawk. Actually that one might be a Vulture which is 6 power instead of 4 (an absolutely huge difference) but the Condor will also fit into the mount. Unertls are still sought after and I have seen a nice Hawk can get upwards of 200 bucks still. Condors and Vultures can get a little more yet but good deals are out there if you pay attention.
Thanks guys. This is why I held back but got the sellers info just in case.
