I say it's from a Winchester, if it's all like that photo it's nice. Possible late Winchester follower I see?
It is not a Winchester stock.
barrel channel has the SA machined pattern on the right side, trigger guard recess is SA, only the early WRA RS stocks had the trigger guard recess without the notch in the center

The follower is not Winchester. "13" marked Winchester followers had a different shape and no seriphs on the numbers. The rear sight cover is not WRA either.
The OpRod is also way too early for that late of a Serial Number...
I thought it was a Winchester stock because of the angle here:

But it's easy to see that the Overton cut is the same as the one in the auction.
I thought Overton's stocks were birch like the one I have(not mine in the picture). Here is Winchester on the left and Overton on the right:
