ERMA 22 Conversion kit value

I was offered one of the ERMA 22lr conversion kits for the 98k. It's missing the box and the "pin" tool but otherwise complete. It is about 70%- some wear etc and some surface rust but matching numbers. What sort of value would you put on that? Here in the US?
