Need Help:Old, 1980's Adventure series

I'm trying to remember the title to a series of adventure books from the 1980's.

The novels took place in a post-apocalypse U.S.A., and the team of soldiers would drive around in a Cadillac Gage V-150 Commando, armored car.

They were thin, little, books, a lot like the "Mack Bolan" series.

Does anyone remember this, if so what's the title?

Never heard of them but they sound interesting!!
I remember the Mack Bolan books.
