Need some help on my new Military Surplus.....

I just got these and I have a few questions...
I would like to restore the No. 4 MK1 in the picture. All I have for it is what you see in the picture. Does anyone no the exact history of this model and where I can get parts for it? The Remington 1917 looks to me in good shape and I would like to take it to the range but I'm not sure if it is complete. Can anyone tell if it's missing something? What caliber is it? 30-06?? The Husqvarna I Think is a WW2 pistol Does anyone have any info/history on this gun? I also think the Hi-standard model B is from WW2 any info/history on this gun? My last question is.... As you can see in the pictures they are all dirty and that is how I got them. I own other Non Military Surplus handguns and rifles and have cleaning supplies for them. Can I use the same supplies for these old Military Surplus guns? I am very new to the Military Surplus collecting but am very interested in collect more so I hope any of my questions don't sound to dumb:madsmile:

Well, the No. 4 could be restored as a project. You are going to need a trigger guard assembly, magazine, 4 stock pieces, bands, swivels, buttplate, vsrious screws, a rear sight, etc..... The bolt is a m/m from a Long Branch, but if headspace is OK that won't be a problem for a shooter.
Just don't spend too much doing the restoration.

I found a trigger guard assembly on line for $7 and a full stock for $75 I dont know if that comes with bands, screws etc. Is that a good price?

Check with Brian Dick at BDL....

He has the complete wood sets, so he may have the bands and screws, as I doubt any wood set comes complete with them.
