What are these Bolt Markings ?

Augusta Arsenal ???? Just a guess. Is the bolt from a re-worked rifle?

What are the markings (if any) on the op and bottom of the bolt handle and (if the bolt handle is "straight") on all sides of the safety lug?

The markings are factory identification markings placed on Remington M1903 bolts. The exact nature of the markings is unknown.
