Hi. what length and type cleaning rods and bayonets did these guns use and were they numbered to gun as alot of parts were not munbered to gun . Any one know where a good place to buy these Thanks ---Bob

i think they just used cutdown k98 cleaning rods. the bayonetes were also k98 bayonet. you can probably find these like on ebay, gunbroker, or auctionarms.
I understand that one of the correct bayonets should be a dot Czech mfg under the nazi occupation for the G24t and G.33/40.
The cleaning rod is a special length of about 11 inches, if you cut-down a M98 bayonet you will still need to thread it (metric) and the cleaning patch area is still different. Almost impossible to very difficult to locate - but there are repros
The front sight cover is also unique to the G.33/40 too
The cleaning rod is 11 inches. Available in what I believe are repro's from SARCO. The bayonets were not numbered to the guns but, they are unique to VZ33 and and G33/40's. The handle is shorter than a standard 98 bayonet. see link it should help a lot.
