Mosin-Nagant Parts

Does anyone sell Mosin-Nagant parts? I just got one and for some reason the wood is intact but the barrel bands are missing. It is marked 1940 and the band springs and little lugs are still functional. Should be just a matter of dropping the bands on, I think. Would this be a model 1891/30?
