Remington 1903 transitional rifle parts finishes

I know that the Remington 1903s that had milled parts were parkerized and that 1903-A3s had blued parts. My question is what finish was on the Remington 1903s which had stamped parts like barrel bands. Were there any Remington 1903s with blued finished parts?
Also has there ever been a list assembled of what order parts on Remington 1903 turned from milled to stamped?

The stamped parts on Remington '03's had the same finish as their later counterparts on '03-A3's. In most cases, they had a blue finish.

No such list has been assembled to my knowledge.

JB, with the exception of early upper bands on 03-A3's, which were olive colored phosphate..:-)
