I have seen too many 'original' Rock-olas without staked sights so I'm not sure if this is a way to determine if it's correct. Was this done periodically through production? Can anyone post a pic of an absolutely correct -O- Rock-ola staked sight?

Left one is a Rock Ola Frt sight marked TR on front. WRA on the right.
RMC shows just the circular punch type stake.
2nd picture is from a friends original RMC, also marked TR on the front. Has a fingernail style milling spot behind the sight blade. Both sides have the Circular stake and hash marks.
These are the two type stakings I've seen on the RMC carbine front sights.

Thanks! Painter, you're always good for a solid Rock-ola answer.

Painter, what's the ser # range on the second pic? That staking is similar to mine, but it is an EU front sight...
2nd picture Rock Ola 1,7 mil.
