Buttplate ?

Except for early Winchester splats, I can never ID these things. Characteristics listed in Riesch even contradict the corresponding images :lol: Probably why I always save these for last. This should be easy for somebody in the Know.

I agree. Also throught that Reisch book away. It is riddled with mistakes.
