Help do identity this M1 ?

Please help to identify this M1 bayonet.

It's look like an M1, but no "bomb" stamp, no date.
Only "69" and s/n

The bayonet looks like one of the Italian manufactured M1s, but the scabbard is not the same as those usually found on the Italian bayonets.
