VZ24 questions and value

Good day all,
I recently traded into a what looks to be an un-refurbished VZ24 and since I‘m an Enfield collector who knows almost nothing about Mausers I thought I‘d post a few pics and see if anyone can answer a few questions.
The rifle is all matching for the parts that have a serial number (receiver, bolt, barrel and stock). Most of the other parts have the little Brno markers mark on them. It has a 6 digit serial number ending in U1. No Lion crest on the receiver ring rather it's marked CESKOSLOVENSKA over ZBROJOVKA over BRNO as pictured.
First question : Is it un-refurbished? The Bolt, bolt raceway and feed ramp are still in the white.
2rd : From the serial number is it possible to know what country would have used this rifle (7xx3 U1)?
3rd : Ive seen several refurbished examples here in Canada selling for $425.00. IS this one worth any more?

Made in 1927, I think it was made for the Czech Army( my guess). 8mm?. Very nice condition, most seen are re-built and not in good shape. I understand a pile of these went off to Romania and Norway. I can't figure out the "19P" markings. 19th Police Battalion? Not sure. Does not appear to have seen combat. Nice find.

you have a fine looking VZ24, it appears that it was made and stayed in czech; if it was romanian the last letter in the prefix there would be the letter R > as CR or the like. as for a premium price perhaps a little due to matching numbers a fine example congrats!

Is it made in 1927 for Czechoslovak army (have army mark - lion). Letter and number 19P meaning "Infantry Regiment 19"
