Took my grandson out shooting and he wanted to shoot the Luger.
Well we did. It had not been shot for many a year, so this morning I thought I would do a detailed cleaning. Took the grips off and removed the slide/barrel etc.
Suddenly the mag release button fell out as well as a strip of metal/spring.
Anybody have pix of how that goes back in.
Luger is laying on the bench, in pieces. Thanks

One end of the very small, flat spring fits into a slot under the top of the frame (the dimple in the spring holds it in place in the slot) . The other end fits into a slot in the shaft of the button so that the button is pushed outwards. If you look at it long enough, you´ll see that all the Luger parts fit together logically.
