Is there any chance that Linda Sweet has made a decision about re-publishing, re-printing or otherwise making this work available to us once again? Badger?
Bob
The book appears to have been reprinted by Linda Sweet and one of the outlets (from which I bought my copy) is the New South Wales Rifle Association shop here in Australia. They’ve just got more stock in from Linda. The book costs AUD13 (approx. US$9) - not exactly a king's ransom; I would not expect the postage to your side of the pond to be too horrendous.

The edition that is available is the 7th (1982) which relates to the contemporary generation of 7.62 calibre target rifles (Barnard actions, etc). I believe that the last time the book was based on the Lee Enfield was the 5th edition (1961). The edition here is the 4th (1956).
