Another question about my No.4 barrel

In the original post on this rifle I found out that it was re barreled in South Africa in 1961. Is it possible from the pictures below to further identify the barrel. Since this rifle will be a shooter and I will reload for it I was wondering how this might work out pertaining to chamber size and case life. I usually neck size for all of my other rifles and will likely do the same here.
Some of the reading I have done has hinted that post war barrels might have a tighter chamber.

As far as I know, Delfos Ordnance Works is the only outfit in South Africa that made Enfield barrels.
I have one on a No1 MkIII and have had no problems---just stay away from Remington and Winchester brass.
