Questions about my Parker Hale No4 Mk1 Long Branch,1944
It would seem that I have found Nirvana. Perhaps a grandious statement, but I am feeling postive that questions I have had for 20+ years are about to be answered. You see I am a 40+ year old husband, father ,raconteur, amateur historian, poker pro, ex stylist, eater of flesh ,as well as those vile earth grown things, confidant, gemologist, frustrated novelist, musician(noise maker),and finally, an avid outdoorsman!.
During my youth I was able to purchase a beautifull rifle. It is marked as a Parker Hale-No4,Mk1 Long Branch,1944. It came in a wood shipping case, with the last sticker on it being a CN rail tag with 1971 on it.I am most interested to learn of its value, and more importantly, the past of this exquisite battle rifle. My prized firearm, is to my eye, pristine.Several of my friends have said they have never seen a prettier gun.
Anyway, thatès enough gushing about my girl, she luvs me and I, her.
If any of you fine folks are able to help piont me in right direction I would be most appreciative.
Thank you J.
