S'G' with .U. barrel

I don't know, would a 3,5mil. S'G' have been manufactured with a '44 Underwood barrel?
I have as friend who is getting into carbines, he is looking at one to buy and asked if I knew. I said I would post the question on the carbine forum for him. Thanks.....Frank

Not really as S'G' ended production in December 1943.
