Originals can be found but are high priced. I think Numrich is selling repo's but haven't a clue as to the price. A reproduction would be quite OK on the rifle you described.

Yes the barrels are out for 1903,s ,about $200-300, Krieger Citerion barrels,CMP sells them to. Maybe Midway. Krieger Citerion has a web page.

Well guess I,ll just get a over the muzzle and site national match type that you take off before you shoot. Theres a fellow in Pa. making them.
You can find a real M1921 National Match front sight cover for about the same price as a USMC cover. On second thought, I'm not sure if it will fit over the high M1903A3 front sight.
