Having problems figuring out a good recipe for firing in my Steyr M95. Either they use powders I don't have, or don't have the bullet weight I use (205 gr.) Anybody ever use 4350 or H4895?

Nobody here reloads for a Steyr M95?
I do, but not in 8x56R, mine's 8x50R - bullet is different diameter :( As I understand it though, H4895 and Varget should give good results, and you should slug your bore and try to match to groove diameter. Some people aparently swage down .338 bullets when loading for this caliber.
I shoot almost exclusively cast in mine, but here's a few loads that will go well with the Hornady 205 gr jacketed. Beware though, many of the bores you encounter will go 0.330"-0.332", so the 0.329" bullet might not give top accuracy (whatever that means in one of these old girls). :p
H4895 - 30.0 grs
H4350 - 46.0 grs
H414 - 50.0 grs
H4831 - 56.0 grs
Here is the list of contacts that I use to obtain the components to assemble my own.
1. DJ Friesen Imports::HOME This is an import company (DJ Friesen Imports) that I receive the Brass and Bullets (Hornady #3302B 8X56R .330 205gr SP). These I have included.
2. BOSES GUNS 1008 S Main St., Emerson NE. 68733. Here I received the LEE Reloading Dies 90925.
3. Load data in the Cartridges of the World - 206 Ball IMR 3031 45 gr.
- I have worked up my own load - 205gr bullet IMR 4064 44.5 gr.
I hope this will help others.
