I am noticing his absents from eBay and Gun Broker lately. I suspect he is using a new name and listing his location as anywhere but Riverbank, CA.

Any new name should be easy to spot. Just look for the seller with an endless supply of (otherwise) extremely hard to find parts in feashly marked and in perfect condition. Oh, and the conditions of sale will include money up front, I'll send it when I want to and no return policy.
