Markings No5

Can anyone tell me about these markings?
I posted this a few years back but cant recall getting a definite answer.

I seem to recall these have a German (post ww2) connection

Proofs are for Munich Proof House post 1971. Dead certain.

Does it have a matching numbered Mag? :lol:
