Lee Enfield Identification
Gentleman (and perhaps ladies),
I am new to this forum, and come seeking your expertise on the Lee Enfield series of rifles. I have long admired the Lee Enfield rifle, as I think it is one of the best looking rifles every made, as well as a strong performer. I am currently in talks to purchase my first Enfield, a No. 4 MK 1. I was wondering if you all could help me identify it (where it was made, what year, etc.). This is a picture of what is engraved above the trigger.

I did a little bit of research, but was stumped by what I found. Like I said however, I am new to Enfield collecting. Any advice you could give would be great. Thanks!
