New Acquisition: 1937 K98 Portugese Contract Waa63

Hi Men,

Just picked up a 1937 Porto Contract K98, all matching and in good order and not messed with. Nicely stamped with good markings and good bore. There is no Portuguese crest on the woodwork on this one. Feedback welcomed.

- that practically makes it a rarity in the world of K98s. Just keep it that way, and don't try to improve it. Congratulations on finding an "unimproved" K98 in such good collection. A good collectable piece, but I do hope you will shoot it and let us know how it performs.

Hi Patrick,

I will take the old girl for a shoot soon and post some pics, This one will remain in its original state, apart from regular cleaning, etc.

I love these K98's superb engineering.:beerchug:
