ALICE Pack Medium w/o frame guidence needed

I wonder if someone could please direct me to a site or to videos or photos or insturction
in detail as to how the Medium Alice Pack was worn in conjuction with issue web gear.
the individual equipment pistol belt, suspenders, ammo pouches,canteen other wise known as the "sustainment load"? I have just purchased a new medium ALICE w/o frame because that is what I believe was the way the Army issued them in the 70s. I can't figure out how to mount the pack on my back and have it STAY up and in place, and also how to use it with the "fighting load" web gear. I have searched the internet and 99 percent of the instructions are for the pack with the frame. No clear info on how the straps work or the pack works w /o the frame. I hope since this is not about firearms directly I am not violating some rule. Hey I am talking ammo pouches too! :o
