Thanks for the tip. Thanks to the very functional milsurps.com software, posting a hotlink is so simple - 4 keystrokes - that even I learned how to do it.
1. Right click in URL window while on the Gunbroker listing (that's the long, skinny one at the top that starts with Military Surplus Collectors Forums.)
2. Click 'copy' in the window that opens.
3. Go back to the reply window here.
4. Right click to open a window, then click paste.
Nothing to it.
UN-Quality M1 Carbine : Semi Auto Rifles at GunBroker.com
More pictures would be nice, and more than likely add some value for the seller.
Here's a direct link:

No California sales! Man that gripes me! :bitch:
It'd be a good idea to work a deal with a Nevada (or other state) dealer to use as a purchaser to transfer to you under C&R or even to a local FFL dealer.
I agree, they are legal here.
The seller doesn't care, he will not sell here. I'm running into the same thing on Gunrunner auctions regarding C&R pistols and any pistol ammo. They are under the impression that AB 962 is fully in affect here in California. They also won't sell C&R pistols to anyone but an FFL holder here in California. My C&R is useless with them for buying a pistol.
hmm?? it will be back on gunbroker with original parts shortly, well maybe a few
Yep two weeks and it will all original
The no sales to California is a pain that I have run into. even since I moved back. There was a single action colt clone in 44-40 I wanted for CAS, but the seller refused to ship to California FFL. I am pretty glad I got what California legal I wanted before I moved back. I still need to replace my Saiga 7.62x39 I sold before moving back. It was not even close to CAL legal. I'd like one "stock," just because, especially since I still have the preban 30s I had from my CA registered AK in the early 90s. Just have to watch my 922R count. In stock configuration, it is like using an M1 Carbine with high-caps you owned before 2000.
