Dont know if anyone has covered this on here or elsewhere, but I read an article today claiming that 5000 STG44s were unearthed in Syria last month. I tried to post the video on her, but it wont take for some reason. It's quite a sight. It's also quite a shame that most, if not all of these historic firearms will be destroyed. STG44 is an efficient weapon. If they have them, they will issue them. If ammo was included. gary
