He had other IP parts auctions that just closed, and several new items that were just listed. Here's a chance for more IP "learning" to take place. Note that his slide has a "2" on the side. - Bob
You are right! Took a look. The bolt - marking on the lug is identical to the mark on the IP bolt on the IP that I have...and the '2' op slide mark. Interesting!
Be glad you didn't buy that rear sight.
Agree with Bruce, someone will be very upset.
Bogus Rock-Ola as well.
My opinion of that IP rear sight that sold on eBay is that it's legit. At least it appears nearly identical to mine, except the leaf on mine is marked RG-S'G'. Mine is on an S'G' carbine. Is that the problem that you guys have with it - don't like the S'G' marking being on the leaf of a sight advertised as a genuine IP? - Bob
