Why is the barrel threaded at the muzzle?

The only other time I've ever seen anything else like that is on Swedish milsurps etc, where it's for a BFA....

That must be the special T that was intended for use in the SAS secret assasination attempt on Adolf Hitler. The threads are obviously for a suppressor.
I'm surprised such a unique rifle is listed so cheaply.:rofl:;)
First time for me seeing a threaded muzzle on an Enfield like that. Hey, New Zealand and England allow suppressors as does the US...maybe it was suppressed at one time, after military service.Quote:
