1911 NoI MkIII converted to* Lee-Enfield

Thank you in advance for the help. I have stumbled across the 1911 NoI MkIII Lee-Enfield converted to NoI MkIII*. This rifle puzzles me with the green paint, and screwm but no foreign markings (I could be wrong). I am looking to see what the approximate value is (I know it varies based on location).

No problem, here are two pics of the entire rifle, any specific pics just met me know. BTW I did my best to put copius pics in my original thread , why some load and some do not, gremlins?

The green paint I was told was a rust preventative coating, I also have 1 with green paint under the wood lines. Here in my neck of the woods I would guess $300 to $350 more with accessories. Nice looking rifle. :clap: I just purchased a converted 1916 Lithgow all matching but in much more neglected but saveable shape for $95 to give you an idea of extremes.:dancingbanana:
