PD marked L1A1 part

From another forum... Anyone know the PD manufacturer?

A LOT of later parts manufacture was sub contracted out to INterarm (INT) and Parker Hale (P-H) plus other engineering co's in the midlands. But 1987 is awfully late to be re-ordering L1A1 parts considering that we were already commencing initial issues of the L85 then and Ordnance were awash with thousands of L1A1's awaiting the great hot-axe fate
