I was stationed in that area, in the Joint Security Area, in 1998. We would find loaded and empty enblocs in the area from time to time.
We used to spend time in Ft Lewis Wa. While doing section attacks in one live area, the troops came back with a clip of AP and handed it to me. The clip came apart but the ammo was OK. Korea dated cases too.
