A 1944 No4 (T) fitted with a REL scope has just been listed on Gunbroker.
The REL scope appears to be number 633-0 and has been refurbished by Peter Laidler.

Excerpt from the auction: "...[A]t this time, I also had the bolt head replaced with a #2 size Canadian bolt, which made the head space perfect---the original bolt head is included, but will provide mediocre accuracy---...
...Overall, the rifle is a sniper rifle and shoots like one---the 5-groove left-hand twist bore is in exceptional condition, with very strong and sharp rifling---I tried to picture this the best I could since the British used Pyrodex in their ammunition, so there is some very mild frosting, but it does not look like a sewer pipe and this does not affect the accuracy of the rifle in any way---the muzzle basically has no wear and I tried to show this with a picture of a .303 bullet, similar to the muzzle test on a Garand---there’s a good 3/16th’s of an inch showing on the bullet---with a new no. 2 bolt head, the rifle has an extremely lot of life left and they have no. 3 bolt head’s and higher available also, so no problems here---again, the rifle is very accurate and I got plenty of 1 and 2 inch groups shooting at 200 yards---I got a chance to shoot it at 300 yards and the groups tighten up even more, which is a known fact with these rifles---a 10-shot group all stayed within 2 inches---"
Interesting that the British military used Pyrodex in their ammo. Maybe that explains how he was able to get 2" ten shot groups at 300yds: He knows the secret ingredient! That and the #2 bolt head...
And they were using it years before it was invented. What a breakthrough!
