I'd just get a stock and be off. The gun looks flawless and if you can't do a bed job to repair that one, just get another. All that ammo can't be just left there to rot...it only has a life of a couple days after all. Then it's useless. You have to shoot it NOW!

That's a fairly decent IH makeup from the parts you listed. That's a handsome rifle sir! I'd love to have those rounds you loaded up for mine right now!!
