A buddy has been pestering me for a few months to sell him my Howa M1 carbine. He felt since I had 13 other ones, I had enough. I finally gave in, and with the cash proceeds bought a Ruger Blackhawk (in .30 carbine, of course). Might as well, as I have plenty of ammo. Anyway, the Blackhawk is a nice companion piece to the rifles. Has anyone out there experimented with reduced-power reloads of 30 carbine for use in pistols? I wouldn't try it in a rifle.
