P14 manufacturing information HELP

Can you please help me identifying my P14’s manufacturing information like date and country please?

jorda04: If you post a couple of photos showing key markings (top of receiver ring, for ex.) the resident experts can probably tell you a lot. You may already have found out the P14 was only manufactured by one of three US factories during, I believe, 1916/1917. I have a new book on foreign contract rifles made in US up to WW1 that lists monthly production figures at the three factories which I'd be glad to look yours up in.

You should also post some more information like the serial number and the date stamped on the end of the barrel.

dont think the P14s had any dates stamped on the barrel.

The date is located under the rear hand guard.

Pattern '14 .303 British cal. rifles were made in the USA by Remington-U.M.C. Co, Ilion, NY, (RE), Winchester Repeating Arms Co., New Haven, CT., (W) and Remington Arms of Delaware Co., Eddystone, PA. (ERA). Contrary to the popular conception, Remington Arms of Delaware was not a subsidiary of Remington Arms-U.M.C., but a combine of Remington, Baldwin locomotive, Midland Steel and Ordnance, and other investors. The Eddystone plant was sold / transferred to Midvale Steel and Ordnance Co. prior to the start of manufacture of the U.S. model of 1917, and the marking changed to "Eddystone".
