Yes, I guess I said it wrong. It's just that in the ETO you only see the bandage pouch...seems the FA kit evolved in the PTO...?
Yes , due to the much greater problems with insects , infections , lack of good water supplies , soggy conditions and boat trips .

yes I can see it - would expect to see a lift the dot fastner - but they did come this way also
