believe this gun to be all original. The metal is beautiful but the stock has been banged around. The Muzzle gauges at 1.1 with a bright bore. The steel lot code on the bolt is J5 which is correct for a 1-19 rifle. The EHD cartouche is OK but the rifle has some strange cartouches that are probably rack numbers/letters. There is an A below the barrel date that is also unknown. Not easy finding a unmolested Mark I and this one pretty much rounds out my collection. Regards, Rick.

That's true. They also had to use what had already been made so either bolt handle is correct on a 1-19 rifle. Regards, Rick.Quote:
