Hmm, those over/restampings of the serial number would make me walk away.
not only the receiver serial number, PH would never ground the bolt and add a new serial. I really don't like that rifle. Take a look at my Parker-Hale sales rifle, looks much more different than this one.
Seems that this dealer finds all different serialed firearms every time something unique comes up going from the feedback over the years in Milsurps
