Hey Rick for thumbnails

When you post a message scroll toward the bottom. You will see attachments and manage attachments. Click on that and use the browse to find the pic you want to post. Click upload and it will put the pics in your post as a thumbnail

And uses some of your 4MB picture allowance. When you use up your allowance, you will have to delete old pictures to post new or start using URL's.
