Lake City .30 Carbine Ammunition - Crack Test??

I recently saw a reference to Crack Test ammunition in one of the War Baby books. Is this the same as High Pressure Test, or something different? - Bob

Also called Proof Test and Crack Analysis. Usually used on larger calibers. :)
