Info need on these luger parts

The Luger frame needs to be cleaned up, but looks to be usable.
The Broom handle slide is junk. Might be of some value to someone wanting to make a dummy display gun.

The photos of the Luger frame show the outside, i.e. the cosmetic side, which is irrelevant for shooting.
What matters most is internal: the state of the slideways.
As you can imagine, sharp-edged rust pits or gouges on the sideways are going to ruin any barrelled system that you install, and that will be expensive enough that you will not want to risk it. Inspect the slideways minutely, and if you are lucky any roughness can be smoothed with the finest diamond lap you can find. Really, I mean it, very light strokes just taking off any high spots - NOT grinding down the entire surface!
And if the slideways are bent, then the frame is scrap.

Even if the frame were in good shape it is not practical or economically feasible to build up. The individual parts are currently ridiculously expensive. Someone may be able to use it if they had a stockpile of parts. Salt Flat

The Luger might make a commercially viable de-activated display gun. It´d involve quite a bit of work and parts.

Thanks Guys want to find out if they are worth putting up for sale or just nailing them to wall in the shop for display can not see them going to the melting pot.
