Narrow front sight ears, flat on top of the gas cylinder rear ring...wonder if that would be an S.A.?

Those floppy ears look wide to me, and the head is clearly round. The tongue confirms it, that's a WRA dog :)

The dog may be part WRA but it really looks like an arsenal rebuild mixmaster.
