Need HELP identifying uniform - 5th Maryland

I need help identifying this coat. From the research I have done it is from the 5th Maryland (identified by the buttons). The buttons have fancy letters together with a number 5 on it and around the edge Decus Et Praesidum. The back of the button says Jacob Reeds Sons Phil.. There is a number 5 on the shoulder. The uniform is wool but not sure about the material of the lining. The tag on the collar says New York Clothing House --- Baltimore. I need help identifying and the age or any other info.
