1922 swedish Mauser questions?

Greetings, I would like to ask about my 1922 Swedish Mauser rifle my dad and I got about 20 years ago. My main question is about it's condition- It appears to be brand new, all parts are pristine in finish. On the bottom of receiver is one small crown and the #836, on the front sight-left side are two zeros, one above the other. on the left of receiver are the letters HA, followed by #498836. The brass disk on right of stock has small indent nearest the zero. on the right side of front barrel are a series of letters and numbers that are too hard to make out. the stock is light beech without a mark on it of any kind. I certainly don't remember what the seller said 20 years ago, could this rifle be "unused"? Thanks muchly!

Yes, it may well be. Good clear photo's will help in making that determination.
I worked part time at a gun shop in the early 90's and Swedish Mausers were selling as fast as the owner could get them in. Sadly most ended up being sporterized at the buyers request. My job was to unpack each shipment for inspection/cleaning and categorize/price them according to condition. A good many of the several hundred I had my hands on fit the new unissued description.

Wow, dream job. Trying to think when I got my Swede. I married in 85, first child in 86, I think she was maybe three. That would put it about 89-90, Woolworths was getting them, SMLE's and Garand's in and I didn't get a Garand because it was $300 and you couldn't hunt with them in PA. Been kicking myself the past half dozen years. Mine is not unused but it's in very good shape. So I got my first two milsurps, then splurged about 2 years later with an Australian cadet rifle and then the blasted kids became too expensive for the next 15 years.
